  • Loved And Sent by Jeff Cloeter

The author, Pastor Jeff Cloeter, writes"I’ve come to know who I am in two words. They guide everything that I believe, think, and do. I am loved by God in Jesus. I am sent by God into the world." This book provides a simple, yet elegant, way of viewing the Christian faith and has shaped the ministry of St. John's for the last several years. It is a must-read for anyone affiliated with St. John's and for any Christian in general!

  • Take Heart by Matt Chandler

"Christendom is dead. And that's a good thing." In this book, Matt Chandler shows us we need Christian courage like never before, and how to live with compassion and conviction, able to look around positively and reach out confidently. This book has been read by several of our men's small groups and comes highly recommended!

  • Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis

Mere Christianity is one of the most well-known works of C.S. Lewis, arguably the most important writer of the 20th century. In this book, Lewis explores the common ground upon which all of those of Christian faith stand together. This book is a wonderful read whether you are new to the faith or have been a life-long believer!

  • In His Image BY Jen Wilkin

Sometimes we ask What is God’s will for my life? when we should really be asking Who should I be? The Bible has an answer: Be like the very image of God. By exploring ten characteristics of who God is, this book helps us understand who God intends for us to be. Through Christ, the perfect reflection of the image of God, we will discover how God’s own attributes impact how we live, leading to freedom and purpose as we follow his will.

  • The Jesus Storybook Bible BY Sally Lloyd-Jones

This is quite possibly the best Children's Bible you could ever buy! The Jesus Storybook Bible tells the Story beneath all the stories in the Bible. At the center of the Story is a baby, the child upon whom everything will depend. Every story whispers his name. From Noah to Moses to the great King David---every story points to him. If you have a child (or children) in your life, this book is a must!
